Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

Express Delivery: 2–5 working days (additional fee applies)

If no one is available to receive the package, the courier may:

Leave the parcel at a nearby collection point

7. Damaged or Missing Packages
If your order arrives damaged, opened, or incomplete:

Please refuse delivery and notify us immediately at support@ravx.shop.
If you receive the parcel and later discover an issue:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

Provide photos and a clear description of the problem
We will resolve the issue promptly, in accordance with UK consumer law.

RAVX is not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as:
