Warranty Policy
Warranty Policy – RAVX
Last Updated: 17 October 2025
At RAVX, we stand behind the quality of every product we sell. This Warranty Policy explains the guarantees you receive under UK law and how to request assistance if something goes wrong.
1. Your Statutory Rights
All products purchased from RAVX are covered by the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which ensures that items must be:
-
Of satisfactory quality – free from defects and fit for normal use
-
As described – matching the product information and images on our website
-
Fit for purpose – suitable for the expected and intended use
These rights apply automatically and are in addition to the RAVX warranty described below.
2. Warranty Period
-
If a product develops a manufacturing fault within 6 months of purchase, you are entitled to request a remedy (repair, replacement, or refund).
-
After 6 months, you may still make a claim if you can show the fault existed at the time of delivery.
3. What You Can Expect
Depending on the issue, and in accordance with UK law, you may be entitled to:
-
A free repair
-
A replacement with the same or a similar item
-
A refund (full or partial, depending on the circumstances)
RAVX will always choose the most appropriate and reasonable solution based on the nature of the defect.
4. What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not apply to:
-
Normal wear and tear
-
Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or failure to follow care instructions
-
Repairs or alterations performed by unauthorised third parties
-
Clearance, outlet, or final-sale items (unless faulty upon delivery)
5. How to Make a Claim
To request warranty support:
-
Email support@ravx.shop with your order number
-
Attach clear photos or a short video showing the problem
-
Provide a brief explanation of the issue
Our support team will assess your claim and guide you through the next steps.
-
If the defect is confirmed as a manufacturing fault, RAVX will cover all reasonable return-shipping costs.
-
If the product is not faulty or the issue falls outside the warranty, the customer is responsible for return postage.
6. Legal Notice
This Warranty Policy does not replace or limit your statutory rights under UK law.
You continue to benefit from all protections provided by the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
